trouver de quoi fabriquer un couvercle&#8230; J&rsquo;ai maintenant les dimensions max que celui-ci peut avoir, je commence par faire d\u00e9couper une plaque aux dimensions requises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;en profite \u00e9galement pour refaire un stock de boulons et fixer les \u00e9querres me servant de points d&rsquo;ancrage au chassis de la voiture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la rotation du couvercle, je pars sur quelque chose de tr\u00e8s simple, une fois de plus \u00e0 base d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments boulonn\u00e9s. Je laisse un jeu important en pr\u00e9vision du fait de pouvoir laisser le couvercle ouvert par d\u00e9brayage et calage contre le b\u00e2ti du coffre. C&rsquo;est pour cette raison aussi que je le fais couper un peu plus long que la longueur du coffre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter les vibrations et le bruit li\u00e9 au jeu, je pose des joints en mousse sur les bords du sommet du coffre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, je d\u00e9cide d&rsquo;utiliser de la corde pour la poign\u00e9e, ce qui me permettra de ne pas la sentir en dormant et aussi de pouvoir facilement l&rsquo;attraper sous le matelas, lorsque celui-ci sera install\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est avec un m\u00e9lange de surprise et de satisfaction que je constate que mon dispositif fonctionne comme imagin\u00e9.
