reculer, je sais que j&rsquo;ai une \u00e9norme appr\u00e9hension \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de me lancer dans mon premier vrai projet de couture. Mais je n&rsquo;ai plus de raisons d&rsquo;attendre. Je me suis rendu chez mon p\u00e8re pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ma machine \u00e0 coudre et aussi parce que je me sens plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise de travailler sur une table plut\u00f4t que par terre dans mon salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, tracer le patron de ma housse. Ce n&rsquo;est pas compliqu\u00e9, ce ne sont que des rectangles. Un aux dimensions de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 couvrir, deux autres assembl\u00e9s dessus pour faire un rabat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d\u00e9cide de tracer un rep\u00e8re de couture en plus du rep\u00e8re de d\u00e9coupe, n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas trop confiant dans ma capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre une ligne imaginaire le long des bords du tissu. Souhaitant obtenir un effet bien tendu, je ne laisse qu&rsquo;une aise d&rsquo;un centim\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir soigneusement v\u00e9rifier la taille de mes pi\u00e8ces, leur forme, je me lance dans la d\u00e9coupe. Le tissu perd beaucoup de fils et je sais d\u00e9j\u00e0 que je n&rsquo;\u00e9chapperai pas \u00e0 un surfilage. Psychologiquement, j&rsquo;en aurai besoin, de toute fa\u00e7on, je ne pourrai pas dormir sur une housse mena\u00e7ant de se d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ger au moindre mouvement&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois la d\u00e9coupe faite, je passe \u00e0 une \u00e9tape plus famili\u00e8re : la pr\u00e9paration de la machine. Maintenant que je suis habitu\u00e9 \u00e0 passer le fil dans les m\u00e9andres des m\u00e9canismes d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, je me retrouve face \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape qui m&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te le plus : la couture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si je n&rsquo;atteins pas les vitesses impressionnantes des personnes dont j&rsquo;ai suivi les explications sur Internet, j&rsquo;arrive \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat d\u00e9cent, bien qu&rsquo;assez lent. Bon, les coutures ondulent un peu, mais elles semblent tenir et une fois retourn\u00e9e, la housse a plut\u00f4t une bonne t\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je passe \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfilage de mes deux matelas \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Pass\u00e9 l&rsquo;aspect l\u00e9g\u00e8rement laborieux de faire glisser du tissu sur une surface qui ne glisse pas, j&rsquo;arrive cependant \u00e0 obtenir une banquette \u00e0 l&rsquo;aspect tr\u00e8s correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne me reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;installer. Je la fixerai avec des scratchs plus tard.
